Leela Babu - Director
Leela Babu has been with MAA Business Solutions since inception. She started her career in business during the end of 1999, when she travelled widely in USA to understand the growing opportunities in IT field. She started working for MAA Communications in India. The company was mainly involved in Software and Process development for Out Sourced projects from USA. By the end of year 2003, the business needs to influence the incorporation of the new entity MAA Business Solutions. Presently, we are servicing the same clients through MAA Business Solutions. Leela Babu is a Commerce Graduate and has been a major force in the organization and management of projects relating to MAA Business Solutions. She also helps in Marketing and management of clients. She is widely travelled and has visited Europe and USA on business.
Babu Yadati - Director
Mr. Babu joined MAA Business Solutions in 2004 and closely monitors all aspects of USA operations. He has nearly 30 years of experience in telecom industry and has been General Manager in India's biggest telecom company - BSNL. Prior to joining MAA Business Solutions, he was in-charge of administration and staff relations involving a work force of 32,000 telecom employees. He was also involved in telecom network planning and development. Over a period, he has built a strong, highly talented and motivated software development team mainly to cater to the software needs of MAA Business Solutions. He possesses incorrigible optimism and has a strong desire to get the best out of the team. Mr. Babu graduated from College of Engineering, Guindy (now known as Anna University); later he obtained Master of Business Administration in Operation Research. He is widely travelled and has visited several countries in Europe as well as USA. He has been with CIT-Alcatel on training in Software in France for over nine months. Mr. Babu contributes mainly on the technical front in MAA Business Solutions helping in development of processes and successful implementation and delivery of projects.
Sivakumar K.M - Director
Mr. Sivakumar joined MAA Business Solutions in 2006. He has over 17 years of experience in software development, database management, and managing operations. He has developed many software applications including automated tools to reduce manual intervention for MAA Business Solutions. He has strong knowledge in SQL, MS-Access, etc. and provided solutions to enhance performance. He is also in-charge of administration which includes technical aspects and staff related operations. He joined as Director in March 2021. Mr. Sivakumar has obtained Master of Computer Applications in University of Madras.
